"Pakistan Now" at Fun Time Gallery in Gowanus

In the spring of this year, photographer Kurt Dietrich Wilberding returned from his first trip to Pakistan—a country that brought on new challenges photographically from his recent work for The Wall Street Journal covering national events, such as the 2008 primaries and the recent finance crisis on Wall Street. Wilberding’s images explore the intimate and daily struggles that often get overlooked with international attention focused on Pakistan's escalating violence.
