Garden on Fifth Avenue and President Closed?
Is there any information about why the little park on the corner of 5th Ave and President St. is always closed these days?

or why they don't allow tag sales out front? It seems like one of the most neighborly things you could do is sell your stuff to your neighbors for cheap and hang out all day chatting in front of the little park. I find it somewhat offensive that they have that "no tag sales" sign...it's mighty un-neighborly..
